Founded in 1773, the art academy with its high renommé has helped define the city and put it on the map in the art world. Many international future names can be found studying here.
Every year, there is what is called the rundgang, the walk around, when anyone and everyone is invited to see the work of the students. A fascinating insight and definitely worth a visit.
Open 9am till 8pm Wednesday thru Friday and 10am till 6pm on the Weekend.
