CineStar cinemas set the standard for movie-going with the latest in technology, great service and comfort. The CineStar cinema group is the largest cinema operator in Germany, managing 91 cinemas, 600 screens and 132,735 seats.
As a joint venture between the Majid Al Futtaim Group of Dubai and the Greater Union Organisation of Australia, it belongs to one of the world's premier cinema groups, operating in Australia, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Croatia, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.
The CineStar Dusseldorf is situated in the borough of Oberkassel, on the left bank of the rhine, easy to reach from any direction. The movie theatre contains nine cinemas with seats for 2,245 persons. The largest cinema offers a screen of 8,8m x 18,8m with 600 seats.
The cinema regularly shows newly released movies in original language, OV, and movies in original language with German subtitels, OmU.
