A water tower or elevated water tank is a large tank constructed for the purpose of holding a supply of water at a height to create enough pressure to supply a water to a system for a small area.
The Forum Wasserturn is located at a water tower but instead of supplying water to the area it supplies culture. Cabaret, concerts, theatre for children and adults, cinema or exhibitions are part of the of the Forum Wasserturm's program. There are a total of four different associations that make this water tower a culture reservoir.
