Wilhelm Teuwen, 1908-1967, went to fame as creator of religious glass ware, but he was also a painter and illustrator.
For his 100th anniversairy the Clemens-Sels-Museum will show some of the less known paintings and illustrations by the artist, all themed around the imaginative combination of formal religious symbolism with creative art. A irrational and heavily influenced by spirituality influenced picture world for free interpretations.
