The unique atmosphere of traditional German Christmas is casting more and more visitors from all over the world under its spell every year. Historic Christmas Markets held in cities and smaller towns throughout the country are becoming increasingly popular, due to the enchanting Festive Season atmosphere they evoke.
The Christmas Market in Neuss is very traditional, cosy and well set on the Münsterplatz in the shadow of the Basilica. Take a break from hectic pre-Christmas shopping at one of the twenty or so stands selling artistic wares, tasty morcels and a variety of perfect individual gifts for friends and family.
The Christmas Markets start on 27 November and runs through to 23 December. They are open every weekdays from 11am to 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays to 10am to 10:30pm and Sundays from 11am to 10pm.
