In Germany you are allowed to park anywhere. That is, if it weren't for signs found everywhere that make it illegal to park. But you don't have to leave the car at home as there are a multitude of marked parking areas, multi-storey car parks and underground car parks throughout Neuss.
Most people park the easy way: in marked parking spaces along the street.
The law says to park only in the direction of the traffic means on the right side of the road (for those coming from Great Britain).
