With its population of 152,000 habitants Neuss is the biggest town in Rhein-Kreis Neuss.
The large harbour situated on the west bank of the river Rhine and outlying business parks ensure the towns’ economic prosperity. A notable recreational facility is the Jever Skihalle Neuss, an artificial ski slope.
